Many of you have probably heard me talk about my friend Pauly Zarb. He’s an Aussie who moved out to Kentucky about seven years back and since then has been making quite a name for himself opening for cats like Willie Nelson, Keith Urban and Tommy Emmanuel. I met Pauly while hitch-hiking through Bardstown Ky in 2003; and we’ve been good friends ever since. We usually play at least one show together every year. Last October, we spent a couple of weeks out in Kansas and Colorado playing shows together. It’s hard to describe how much fun we had on the road together. Every day there were times where we couldn’t stop laughing for literally an hour straight. He’s an outrageously talented multi-instrumentalist, poignant songwriter, brilliant entertainer and my good buddy. This is a great rendition of an Eric Clapton tune he did at a theatre we played at in La Junta, Colorado during the October tour. It makes me laugh every time. What do you guys think? Peace, hope and love.
